Jami Floyd IN SESSION: Does she think OJ Shouldn't have been Charged???

September 30, 2008
What Have We Learned?
Posted: 01:40 PM ET
NEW YORK–The prosecution has rested its case-in-chief and what have we learned?
Well, we’ve learned that O.J. Simpson keeps lousy company. We’ve learned that the sports memorabilia business attracts some sketchy characters. And we’ve learned that O.J. Simpson sure has some good lawyers.
But here’s what we haven’t learned: Whether O.J. Simpson knew there would be guns there that night. Oh sure, some of these characters have said he knew. But they’re hardly going to win any credibility contests. And now, McClinton admitted on cross that Simpson never even said the word “gun.”
And that matters. The guns matter, because this is an armed robbery case, not a simple robbery case. And without a single credible witness who can put a gun in O.J.’s hand, or on his mind, the proof just isn’t there.
And that’s the Last Word.

MY POST ON "THAT" LAST WORD:
Jami, what’s the deal? Do you have OJ envy? Your usual, go-get-em style has been lost on this THUG!
You have, time-after-time now, in your Last Word, left us to believe that you think NO CHARGES should have been filed. Even though the lesser players have gotten deals, that’s the way it goes. He planned it. TOO BAD! Nicole or not, this was a robbery. He did it the WRONG WAY, and he is the MAIN CONSPIRITOR!!!!!
I don’t care about the NOT GUILTY verdict, I believe that he WAS guilty of killing Nicole and Ron, BUT I also believe that jury came to the correct verdict given what they had put before them. Mark Firman, YUK!
This is a DIFFERENT case, and the prosecutors have filed the CORRECT CHARGES… I hope they CONVICT him this time.
