Myanmar's cyclone survivors do not have enough fuel to burn the rotting corpses of the dead as the country's military junta continues to drag its feet over access for aid groups.
That's the CNN Headline. Just makes me shiver thinking about it. I watched Dr. Sanjay Gupta via video today saying that all these people and organization are trying to get into the country to help and relay news, and their VISA's are not being approved. In fact they're hitting a WALL. No one will even talk to them. I guess this has occur ed in the past.
Dr. Gupta said it was very different from when the tsunami occurred when they got their visa's pretty much immediately.
Can you imagine, they don't have the FUEL to burn all the bodies!
And, the diseases that come from rotting bodies and bad water......
YOU JUST CANNOT IMAGINE THE HORROR THESE FOLKS ARE GOING THROUGH.
The ONLY thing we can do for them right now is PRAY!
