Pat Summit & her Lady Vols are going back to the Dance

Well, it's gonna be Tennessee v Stanford in the lady's NCAA Championship game on Tuesday. But, what an end to the LSU v Tenn game. The lowest scoring game in Final Four history. 47-46.

After a foul and two free throws put LSU up by one with 7+ seconds to go, the Vols' Parker brought the ball down the court passing to Nicky Anosike who went up missing her layup, but Alexis Hornbuckle got the rebound under the basket, put it up with seven-tenths-of-a-second to go, and there you go, THE GAME by one (her only points of the game.) The Lady Vols go back to the Final and LSU goes home AGAIN.

That makes FIVE years in a row LSU has gone home from the FINAL FOUR winless. I feel bad for the girls. How sad going to the big dance every year of your college career and going home without the title. BUMMER!
