WELL WELL WELL OL' Howard is steppin' up to the plate..

Howard Schultz has sent a letter to NBA Commish David Stern asking the vote scheduled for this Friday with league owners be POSTPONED on Clay Bennet's request to move the Sonics to Oklahoma City.

Howard is filing suit against Mr.? Clay Bennett to renig the sale of the Sonic to Bennett saying he did not act in good faith in his attempt to keep the Sonics in Seattle. YEAH HOWARD.

AND, now state and local political leaders joined the former SuperSonics owner in the fight to keep the NBA franchise in Seattle. Joining in on the suit.

My son, Ernie, couldn't stand ol' Howard. Used to say, "That guy needs to keep his nose in the beans and stay out of Basketball." See Howard Schultz founded Starbucks. He was being a smarta**, and Howard was always trading away great players, and when he traded Gary Peyton, that was the final Straw for Ernie!!! You really don't want to hear the quotes from that day.

BUT, wouldn't it be GREAT if in the end it's ol' Howard, Mr. Starbucks (I mean it was Seattle who made him what he is for goodness sake, drinking all that coffee.) who SAVED THE DAY (SONICS.........)

So, Clay, I guess you could say, I ain't over till "THE FAT LADY SINGS..." Don't get your court painted yet, OKC...
